→ Demonstrate effective communication skills, be capable of performing multiple tasks and possess organizational and problem solving skills
→ Ability to work with your hands
→ Must be a self-motivated, self-starter and a hard worker
→ Proven ability to complete tasks correctly and on time
→ Ability to make decisions and communicate well with customers
→ Construction experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate
→ A good driving record is a must
